1. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our official storefront is located inside Le Clare's at 2260 East Colfax, Suite 101, Denver CO, 80206. See the bottom of this page for other locations where we sell and we always online!
2. VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE INFO
We make sure every ingredent we use is vegan, gluten-free and the highest quality. We currently work in a shared kitchen that may contain traces of dairy, milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, meat, fish, and shellfish.
- All of our macarons contain nuts and soy.
3. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We do take a limited amount of custom orders, order minimums are 75 macarons.

Full payment is needed to confirm all orders. All online orders are subject to state and local sales tax. If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled 7 or more days in advance may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation 2-6 days in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled order are not eligible for any refunds.

4. SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed, this does not include shipping time. We ship orders on Monday and Tuesdays to try to have all macarons delievered before the weekend, but allow 3-5 business days for shipping. All orders are shipped USPS First-Class or Priority. Orders are not processed over the weekend.

When your macarons are ready to be shipped you will recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not see this email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam and promotions folders.

Please allow 7 business days of transit time before reporting the package as lost. Email us within 1 month of your order with any issues. Issues reported after 1 month from when the order is placed will not be to be addressed.

All orders are final, there are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed. If there are any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be issued for receiving an incorrect order or if your order is damaged.

If your package was returned or not delivered due to an insufficent or incorrect address no refunds will be issued.

5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on orders. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@denvermacaron.com.
6. MACARON CARE
Since our macarons are dairy-free, their only real enemy is air. After opening your macarons always store them in an airtight container. Our macarons will store 5-7 days refrigerated and 3-5 days at room temperature as long as they are in an airtight container. Always enjoy your macarons at room temperature!
