What if vegan desserts could truly stand beside traditional ones? Not as alternatives, but as equals?
This question inspired Jamie to create Denver Macaron with one clear goal: to make incredible desserts that just happen to be vegan and gluten-free. No factory farming. No more settling for vegan or gluten-free treats that disappoint.
Through this mission and years of experimenting, Jamie created a new kind of macaron. One that honors the traditional style yet creates a lighter, fluffier shells full of delicious filling. Since these were created in the “Mile High City” and have more filling and airier shells, they have affectionately become know as Denver Macarons, a cousin to the French Macaron.
In a cozy kitchen in Denver, CO, Jamie bakes her signature macarons and truffles that always use 100% vegan and gluten-free ingredients.
