DARK CHOCOLATE VEGAN GANACHE
Our macaron fillings are the ultimate kitchen cheat code! They can be stored in the freezer right away—just like ice cream—for up to 4 months. When ready to use, simply thaw at room temperature for 4–5 hours. Once thawed, they can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. The fillings can be whipped for a lighter texture or used straight from the container. Perfect for cupcakes, cakes, macarons, pastries, cake pops, sandwich cookies, truffles, glazes, coffee, or even enjoyed on a cracker!
